Based upon roasted green bell peppers and dill pickles, Viper packs the burn of the Naga Jolokia pepper (1.3 million SHU) backed by Jalapenos and Spanish Green peppers, basil, parsley and lime juice. This Verde styled sauce is well suited to eggs and seafood dishes or as a general ingredient to other dishes or sauces.
